WHO AM I?

I’m James, a destination wedding photographer with over 7 years of professional experience capturing love stories across Europe and now in Banff, Canada. Originally from the UK and raised in the South of France, my journey has taken me from sun-drenched vineyards to alpine peaks — always in search of real moments and wild landscapes.

Over the years, I have fallen in love for wild landscapes, real emotions, and storytelling through natural, unposed images. My style blends authenticity, warmth, and a thoughtful eye for the moments that matter — capturing not just how your day looked, but how it felt.

Being known for bringing a creative and fun personality to every event, I succeed in putting you at ease while capturing genuine, joyful moments. This vibrant energy helps create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing for natural and candid shots that reflect the true essence of the occasion.

That’s truly the heart of what I do. I believe the best photos come when you're not focused on the camera — when you're simply wrapped up in the moment, in each other, in the experience.

I’ll gently guide you when needed, but more than anything, I’ll step back, observe, and capture your story as it naturally unfolds — full of emotion, movement, and meaning.

Couples often say they felt completely at ease with me, like I was more of a calm, supportive presence than a vendor. That’s exactly how I want it to feel — relaxed, intentional, and real.
