Hey there ! I'm James.

I’m James, the eye and heart behind JBanwell Photography — and if you’re dreaming of a wedding day that’s more about you two and less about the rules, we might just be the perfect match.

Originally from the UK, I moved to the South of France back in 2009. That’s where my love for natural light, storytelling, and wild landscapes really took root. In 2018, I turned my passion for photography into a profession — and I’ve been chasing love stories ever since, from the sun-soaked cliffs of Provence to the snowy peaks of the Alps.

Now, I’ve taken a leap and moved to Canada — drawn by the call of the wild, the endless landscapes, and the chance to start a new chapter of creativity and connection.
